Description
The PVC Taper Pipe is a fabricated, long-cone reducer designed to gradually transition between two different pipe diameters over an extended length. This gradual change reduces flow disturbance and pressure shock, making it far more hydraulic-friendly than short reducers.
Both ends can be fabricated as plain (solvent weld) or rubber ring sockets, depending on the application. It supports all major pressure classes: Class 34 and 51, and is frequently used in pump-to-main transitions, large-scale irrigation infrastructure, and situations where sudden reductions could cause system damage.
